These terms govern use of empiremotorsport.com. Empire Motorsport is operated by Prime Dollar LLC, and serves the Canadian market online.

Pre-launch storefront

The storefront is in catalog validation. Products, prices, inventory, shipping, tax treatment, payment methods, and checkout are not commercially available. Viewing a page, using the contact form, or interacting with a pre-launch interface does not create an order or purchase agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful personal purposes and may not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent affiliation, copy content for deceptive resale, or use automated activity that disrupts the service.

Product and fitment information

Compatibility is limited to documented applications, mounting points, interfaces, dimensions, and exclusions. Editorial images and visual similarity do not establish fitment. Follow product and vehicle instructions and do not obstruct visibility, controls, sensors, warning indicators, or airbag deployment zones.

Third-party services

Shopify and other service providers may support hosting, security, analytics, communications, and commerce when enabled. Their services may be subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

Empire Motorsport brand content belongs to or is licensed to Prime Dollar LLC. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation is implied unless expressly stated.

Changes and applicable law
