Returns and Refunds Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

Empire Motorsport is not currently accepting real orders or payments. Because no commercial products are available, there is no active return window, return destination, return-shipping charge, exchange program, or refund timetable.

Unexpected payment or order record

If you believe a payment was captured or an order record was created in error, use the contact form at empiremotorsport.com/pages/contact and include the email used and the available reference. Do not send payment-card details. We will investigate the Shopify record and take the action required by the verified transaction and applicable law.

Before sales begin

Return eligibility, customer-remorse return costs, defective or incorrect item handling, refund timing, exclusions, and the return process must be documented from the approved operating contract and aligned with Shopify before checkout is enabled.

Empire Motorsport is operated by Prime Dollar LLC. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time.
