FITMENT GUIDE
Verify before you install.
This guide explains the checks that should happen before a vehicle accessory or mounting component is used. A product page is authoritative only for the application and limits it explicitly documents.
1. Confirm the application
Identify the vehicle type and intended use. Do not transfer a claim from a car application to a motorcycle, or between vehicle models, without documentation.
2. Identify the mounting point
Inspect the specific vent, handlebar, windshield, rigid surface, factory location, or other documented point. Confirm that the surface is structurally appropriate and undamaged.
3. Match the interface
Compare connector size, clamp range, fastener type, device dimensions, orientation, and available clearance. Every interface in a modular chain must be compatible.
4. Protect the vehicle and driver
Do not obstruct the driver’s view, controls, mirrors, sensors, warning indicators, vents required for safe operation, or any airbag deployment zone. Follow vehicle and product instructions.
5. Recheck after installation
Inspect fasteners and movement before driving, after the first use, and periodically. Stop using a component if it loosens, deforms, interferes with operation, or shows damage.
